Install on this computer

1. Open this page in Chrome, Edge, or Safari on the computer.
2. The computer version runs in the browser. There is no separate installer.
3. Bookmark this page so you can open it again.
4. To keep an icon: in Chrome or Edge, open the menu (three dots) and choose Install app, or Install PCWPPP. On a Mac, in Safari, open File and choose Add to Dock.
5. Open that icon, then use Register or Login on the page.
6. To install on a phone, scan the code below with the phone camera. The phone opens this language’s download page and shows only that phone’s steps.

Install the Android APK

1. Tap Download APK. The file is about 2.9 MB and the name starts with PCWPPP.
2. Wait until the download finishes. Open it from the download notification. If the notification is gone, open Files or Downloads and tap the APK.
3. The phone may say the install is blocked, or that this browser may not install unknown apps. Tap Settings in that message.
4. Turn on Allow from this source for the browser you are using, then tap Back.
5. Tap Install and wait until it finishes.
6. Tap Open. You can also find the PCWPPP icon on the home screen or in the app list.
7. If the phone says the app is already installed, choose Update or install it again.
8. If the file will not open, download it again from this page. Do not install an APK that someone else sent you.

Install the iPhone or iPad profile

1. Open this page in Safari. WeChat, Chrome, and other in-app browsers cannot install the profile. If you are not in Safari, copy the address, open Safari, and paste it.
2. Tap Download profile.
3. Safari asks to allow the configuration profile. Tap Allow.
4. You may see Profile Downloaded. Tap Close.
5. Open Settings, then tap General.
6. Scroll down and tap VPN & Device Management. On some phones it is named Profile, Profiles, or Profiles & Device Management.
7. Under Downloaded Profile, tap PCWPPP.
8. Tap Install at the top right. This profile is not signed. When the phone says unsigned, still tap Install.
9. If the phone asks for the screen-lock passcode, enter it.
10. Read the warning, tap Install again, then tap Done.
11. Go back to the Home Screen and tap the PCWPPP icon.
12. If the icon is missing, return to Settings, General, VPN & Device Management, and confirm PCWPPP is listed. Then check the Home Screen again.
